Social Films is run by Dominique Chadwick (Dr), independent film-maker, researcher and trainer in participatory video projects.
Social Films is committed to work towards development and social change through its films and media projects. Working in close collaboration with aid organisations and encouraging direct participation of the local communities it aims to:
- Document, inform and campaign for social change through its documentaries and media coverage.
- Promote positive examples of development projects.
- Encourage social inclusion and advocacy through its participatory projects with marginalised groups and communities.
- Contribute to a better cross-cultural understanding between communities and societies.
