Universal Birth registration Campaign – Cambodia and Guinea Conakry

Plan International has been running a universal birth registration campaign since 2005. Without document to provide proof of their age or who they are children are likely to be discriminated against and denied access to basic services such as health and education. Working in collaboration with governments, United Nations and other NGOs Plan has facilitated the registration of more than 40 million, mostly children in 32 countries. This film documents the mobile registrations led in Cambodia and Guinea Conakry.
